Scam/dangerous call. Long pause on answering, then "Can you hear me?" The automated (AI?) voice then claims to be "James" a "local energy advisor". I am not in the 01206 area code, so this definitely is not "local". Also, this "James" has called numerous times, from other numbers (none of which have been local to me). Calling the number back (withholding my number) results in a voice saying, "Welcome to the energy department, press 1 to speak to an advisor." Pressing one results in the same message being repeated.
