Soooooo rude! Man said that my cover was coming to an end for the pipes and plumbing and how was the plumbing etc? I said it was all good and then he said that he will extend my cover for another year. I said he hadn't asked me and then he said he was going to cancel my policy and add on a cancellation fee for being rude!! OMG - what the actual kind of service is this. Obviously a scam and in a panic I cancelled my DD with Severn Trent Water!!
