I was cold-called by a woman from the green eco centre (or something very similar), she said that she can arrange a FREE loft space insulation check because my property is apparently "an older type of property where the loft space is subject to condensation and mould". She kept asking for my name, but I declined. I offered to call them back after I'd checked if this was a scam but the woman said that it is not possible to call her company back.
