Scam call from "Jacky" asking if I was the home owner. I asked who she was , she repeated Jacky. She went on to talk about cavity wall insulation. I said "are you a person?" Reply "yes" . She asked more questions which I didn't answer. I said "I am not answering any questions". The response was like a computer going wrong. It then cut off.
