Cold call, but I couldn't understand her North of England accent when she said what company (or whatever) she was from. She asked if I was the home owner but hung up when I asked her again what she had said her company was. This is the second similar call in the last few days from someone with an English accent. I'm TPS registered so didn't appreciate it!
