Automated call saying she was my local energy advisor and asking if I was home owner. I asked her to repeat information which she did. I asked what organisation she was from. She said she could not hear me and would ring back later and ended the call. On a previous similar occasion I went through the process of arranging an appointment for a representative to visit me. When he arrived I told him I was not interested. Despite wasting his time he took it rather well. Will report to ICO
