this is a loft insulation company looking to inspect you house for correct loft insulation is fitted. they keep calling saying their information indicates the insulation is worn out, ineffective and out o date and requires replacement is not "brownish" in colour. have no idea where the information has come from as completed insulation myself. Just a scam to get a foot in the door.
