The caller said they were calling from EE about my current sim card. They said that EE was upgrading systems, that my current sim card will be deactivate in the next 4 days and I need to be sent a new sim card. They asked if I will be available at my property tomorrow to receive the new sim card which will be delivered by DPD. I asked why such short notice, and can I go to an EE store to collect the sim card instead. When I questioned which EE store I should go to, the caller became non coherent, speaking in a foreign language. I hung up.
