Have been with eon next for a good few years and I've never had any problems. They remind me when a meter reading is due, ànd I recently requested some cash back from my account and within a few days it was in my bank account.
I contacted E. ON through Whats App to discuss my tariff on 25th June. I got a very quick response from Barry who was very helpful, polite and made the whole process simple. Easy and quick way to contact and deal with an actual person, it also meant he could send me a screenshot of the recommended tariff, which was helpful.
I have always been very satisfied with Eon Next and wouldn’t change supplier.
The advice regarding tariff was great from Eon Next. Also, the ease or arranging survey and installation of my EV CHARGER was great. Matt who fitted the charger worked well. He was polite and tidied up after completing the work
Of very recent times, I have had to communicate with E.ON Next Customer Service Advisors by phone on quite a few occasions. I have found Advisors to be extremely professional in their dealings with me. Of one particular Advisor, who had to help me with TWO different Accounts/Bill queries, I found this young Lady to be outstanding, yes, outstanding is the only word to describe the assistance she gave to me. This young Lady had a wonderful telephone manner too!! Great Customer Service !!
