SCAM? Called advising they were our energy supplier and wanted to renew to better rates. Once put through to the "right department" I was then waiting for them to pull up our account. After about 3 minutes of silence I asked if he was still there, he said yes and that the computer was slow... I went on to request if we could re-arrange a call back next week once I've run through it with the directors. I didn't even get to finish my sentence before he hung up.
