This is a scam call from a supposed "Local Energy Advisor", she calls on diferent numbers each time, so there is no way of tracking her down. I have tried to get the company name of who she works for but won't acknowledge the request and just talks over you, after persistently asking who she works for , she disconnects the call, so I presume she's working on her own maybe.
