I received a txt from this number, which also had other mobile numbers attached that were unknown to me, purporting to be chasing payment for unpaid parking ticket. It was poorly written and made all sort of threats , additional fines , additional recovery costs, confiscation of vehicle, invalid driving license etc . Asked to follow a link. Someone may fall for it, beware.
