Scam, though I was surprisingly unable to find any info about this number online besides it coming from a british mobile phone. They left a pre-recorded message in the answering machine (probably an AI or text-to-speech voice) saying they're concerned about "suspicious activity" relating to my national ID. Hung up before the message said anything else. I do not have a british ID and I don't live in the UK.
