Claims to be Microsoft and have been trying to contact me for 3months. They try to get me to download anydesk.com to access my computer. I got to looking at this and thought 'why?'. If it is Microsoft they don't need to download an app to access my comuter. Goodbye, phone rang again 5 times. Didn't answer.
