This site says it's a fixed line, but it's a company. When I returned a missed call from this number, I was greeted with an automated voice saying "Your call is very important to us, please stay on the line and we will answer your call as soon as possible."

It's that same Antipodean Call-Centre woman Sharon/Joan (can't quite hear which) who rings saying she's the "Energy Advisor" for our area and asks if I'm "the householder". I've told her/it (it might be an AI Bot) time, and time again on different (now blocked) numbers that we are TPS reg and she/it shouldn't be ringing, and she/it rings off. Now call started with "All calls are recorded for training and compliance purposes". Well so are they at my end. 9 calls since Nov 2023 and 5th this year. Thought I'd tracked down the last number as several people on-line identified it, but on complaining to ICO/TPS was told it was a spoofed number and the company identified was nothing to do with it.
