Phone rings, pick up, pause, then it says "Hello it's Chris your local energy advisor. How are you doing today?" I don't answer and phone goes dead? I'm not convinced there's actually a "real" person on the other end?!! We're receiving lots of calls from numbers starting 0113403! In fact over the last 10 days we're probably getting at least 4 of these calls a day, and as quickly as I block them they come up with a different number. We've had a long spell without these calls until about a month ago when it all started again!! I read that OFCOM have told phone companies that they have to STOP these calls, well they're doing a pretty poor job so far. These calls are harassing, annoying and probably dangerous!

Very pushy foreign man claiming to be from the HEAD OFFICE OF BRITISH GAS LITE. Keeps telling me that if I do not renew with them now then my contract will move to higher prices. My contract does not run out until next year. I have asked them repeatedly not to call and feel I am now being harassed by them as they will not stop calling.
