Soooooo rude! Man said that my cover was coming to an end for the pipes and plumbing and how was the plumbing etc? I said it was all good and then he said that he will extend my cover for another year. I said he hadn't asked me and then he said he was going to cancel my policy and add on a cancellation fee for being rude!! OMG - what the actual kind of service is this. Obviously a scam and in a panic I cancelled my DD with Severn Trent Water!!

An automated robocaller with an AI voice calling from some sort of energy advice centre. Have had a call three days running, the same robocaller AI, but all from different spoofed telephone numbers. It's all getting a bit boring now - and a bit harassing!

Nuisance caller called James claiming to be from an energy efficiency company. I've had him phone calls before before from him, but on different numbers. He is a scammer or idiot.
