Phishing call. Calls multiple times daily demanding to speak to 'the director', sometimes by name, then claims to be 'from your electricity supplier 'eon' - they aren't. Clearly totally automated from James, an Eco advisor for my "local" area. Did not answer any of my questions but continued with his sales talk. If "James" had my telephone number he would also have my name! I tried to tell him I didn't have a loft but his sales talk just continued telling me how my loft would be measured. A not very convincing scam call as too obviously 100% automated.

Scam/dangerous call. Long pause on answering, then "Can you hear me?" The automated (AI?) voice then claims to be "James" a "local energy advisor". I am not in the 01206 area code, so this definitely is not "local". Also, this "James" has called numerous times, from other numbers (none of which have been local to me). Calling the number back (withholding my number) results in a voice saying, "Welcome to the energy department, press 1 to speak to an advisor." Pressing one results in the same message being repeated.
