A woman with a sales pitch about Loft insulation who claims to be an Energy Advisor. I know tele-sales when I hear it as I was one myself a very very long time ago. However polite you are she just continues with her pointless script so I usually hang up in the end. I refuse to discuss anything over the phone these days. There are too many fraudsters out there now.
