Caller sounded Asian/Chinese. Asked if my home was council owned, a private let or owned by myself. I asked why he wanted to know and he said that his business helped council tenants with problems. I told him I wasn't a council tenant so I didn't need his help but he continued to ask if my home was owned or rented. I told him again that I am not a council tenant and as he had said he only helped council tenants he didn't need any further information from me and ended the call.

Scam caller re- home Insulation. I answered after repeated calls from this number over the last couple of months. I was told about home insulation and politely said no thank-you, the caller (who called herself Linda) ignored that and started asking questions about my personal circumstances.
