Scam. Pretends to be from utility company. Gets abusive when challenged.
No message left when answerphone kicked in, except 'thank you for calling' which is a typical call-centre robot response. 10th such call since end June - all on "Core Telecom Ltd" rented out/hosted numbers. High time they were fined. Will block the number, but no doubt they'll call again on another. So far had calls from Nottingham, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, Edinbro' Tyne & Wear, London (2) and now Gloucester. On another site such calls were reported as being 'loft insulation scams'.
