Came up as suspected spam, telemarketer. No sound on the other end so possible trying to record voices for fraudulent purposes.

Claiming to be from the fraud squad and that my debit card had been illegally used and then they wanted me to download an app to my phone but when I questioned which bank card they were referring to they told me that they couldn't tell me by law which is total rubbish so I put phone down.
