came up debt collector, its a scam

Phoned me, however didn't answer as it's an unknown number to me
Phoned me today, around 12:17pm but I didn't answer the call as I didn't recognise the caller
Female voice sounded far eastern, claiming to be from British Gas, put phone down when I said I did not have a contract.
Message was of suspicious activity on my account used to pay a train fare from Edinburgh to London £125. I put phone down as I suspect a scam.
Purported to be bank saying account compromised.

Spam call claiming to be "energy adviser". Aye, right . . .
A male called stated my name, When i asked who was calling they replied "You are a mother F***er too" and the call was disconnected
Claiming to be Utility Warehouse, but the number does not match HQ customer services numbers
