called. left a voice mail. nearly 2 minutes of silence and audible breathing at the start and end

Suspected spam call… left no voicemail.
Claim to be local organisation offering home emergency service which is already provided by the Police, Fire Service and NHS. When i said no interested, caller hung up immediately.
Caller hung up when answered, hence, AUTO CALL, seeing if someone would pickup, then your number is short listed for a follow up call, this time by a real person, you answer it, you will be in DANGER of being scammed by a real professional scammer, with fake convincing story of why you should do as they ask. Hence a loss of money from your bank account is most likely - WARNING - If anyone wants to talk to you, they will leave a message - make sure your answer machine is working and you will never miss a genuine call, any calls you don't no, never answer them or call them back, if you are unsure, ask family members to help - SCAMMERS they are looking for vulnerable people/victims - You don't no who is calling you, you do not recognise the number, DONT ANSWER IT – If its a genuine caller, they will leave a message on your answer machine with their details, if you don't recognise their details, phone a friend or family member to seek help.
