'My loft is boarded.'; 'I don't have any damp in my loft.' ; 'I'm happy with my current set up.'; 'I'm not interested.' etc.............. Put the phone down!!!!! Is linked to series of numbers from Manchester. Use a call blocker, if you have one.

A woman with a sales pitch about Loft insulation who claims to be an Energy Advisor. I know tele-sales when I hear it as I was one myself a very very long time ago. However polite you are she just continues with her pointless script so I usually hang up in the end. I refuse to discuss anything over the phone these days. There are too many fraudsters out there now.

Male voice this time, but same old "I'm the local energy advisor for your postcode. I take it you're the home owner". This to the answerphone when the message had already clicked in saying we weren't in. Dumb? Automated questions? We made no response. Call ended with "Thank you for calling."
