Reading other online searches, this is a suspect EDF energy scam. We were a previous domestic EDF customer. Rung the 01792680163 number back (witheld ID), instant automatic message stating "Welcome to energy department, press 1 to speak to an adviser". When pressing 1 the same message is repeated and then when pressing 1 again it repeats and keeps repeating. If you do not press 1, after a while you get a message stating "that's great we will keep your place in the queue and call you back on..." then cuts off.

Caller identified themselves as 'Veronica' with a clear indian accent. Unsolicited call from an unknown number, starting conversation was clearly start for either a sales pitch or scam. Number protected by telephone preferences service so illegal to contact for sales too.
