Called today, got screened by iOS 26, didn’t say anything. Based on past examples, likely spam caller.
Woman asked if I was the homeowner, I told her 'not another scam call, I am going ' and said goodbye to her.

Offered a special contract deal and asked me to confirm personal details to proceed. Could not explain how they got my number. Very suspicious.
