The number calling was a local area code and number so i answered, a British accent saying my bank account ( but not naming the bank which i found odd. ) I had an unusual transaction for train ticket purchased Edinburgh to London which i had never used before. Then she said press 1 if the transaction was yourself or 2 to speak to an advisor. I pressed 2 and was met by a lady with an American accent with a pre recorded message ......Obviously a SCAM so i just hung up. I tried ringing the number back on a few occasions but got a constant engaged tone ..BEWARE

Automated call informing my bank account had put on hold a payment of £120 for a train ticket and to select a number to speak to someone. this number was in a voicemail left me after calling what i believed was a tsb check for fraud number, pretty sure it is tsb as they blocked my card but maybe they cloned it the voicemail was weird and mentionned god so some kingd of fraud and has got my card blocked thanks scummy scammers
