Have had 2 calls on the same day from this number. I was out and no message was left. I called the number, it rang and then a female voice gave a message about Customer Service team, calling to let people know about energy grants. I then hang up as I believe this to be scam, plus my number is supposed to be ex-directory so why are they using it?

The lady claimed to be from Fonehouse, although I had to ask her three times before she mentioned it. I suspect this was a phishing attempt.

Indian call centre, put the phone down as soon as I said the person doesn't work here. I feel sorry for these people. I'd rather beg on the side of the road than do a job like they do.
