CLAIMED TO BE AMAZON AND THAT SONEONE HAD ORDERED AN IPHONE ON MY ACCOUNT. i WAS ON MY ACCOUNT AT THE TIME AND THERE WAS NO ORDER PLACED OR EVEN IN MY BASKET AT THE TIME. I TOLD THEM THIS AND THEY TOLD ME I WAS WRONG! STILL NOTHING IN MY BASKET AND JUST PLACED AN ORDER!

Call from someone with a strong foreign accent claiming to be calling from Amazon regarding a fraudulent order for a £699 IPhone 17. They said they would send me a ‘cancellation code’ to cancel the order. He eventually agreed to cancel the order after I said I couldn't give him the code on my phone without cutting off his call. (Too old to understand how to do that!!) The text did come from the same number as the texts I get 'Driver Chat' messages from when I have a delivery - so a bit of a strange one.
