Find out who is calling from phone number starting with 0286463

Claims to be calling from PCP 247 about my car finance claim but I don't drive/have never owned a car... Every time I mention this they end the call. I have asked them repeatedly to stop calling and to delete my number but they just call back from another number.

Said Im Jackie, nothing to worry about I won't take long. - so I Hung up. Suspected scam call which has called me 3 times. Now blocked.

I answered and a Jackie said, “Don’t worry, but have you noticed any damp in your home and are you the homeowner?” I replied “It’s none of your business. I am registered on the TPS, and you shouldn’t be ringing.” I blocked this number and reported it to the ICO.
