Claims to be from O2 & Vodafone, offering 30-35% discount off monthly bills for recent poor service. They ask for a security question answer and email address. When questioned they claim to be based in the UK, despite every singe caller having an extremely strong Indian accent, and not willing to share any information about themselves

Could not understand what she was saying.. something to do with her being from Vodafone and wanted to give me 40% discount because we were a good customer. (We don't use Vodafone!!) I terminated the call.
