when I answered they hung up, I expect wanting me to phone back. this was at 1611 on the 4th september

rang,. sounds of someone driving on voice message. probable butt dialled
WARNING! Says they are from Vodaphone. Offered a discount on my Vodaphone bill. Wanted all my bank details. No such discount available from Vodaphone.
