Find out who is calling from phone number starting with 0781030

Recorded voice claiming to be from Visa about suspicious payments on an unspecified card. Offered two options to press about these alleged payments. I put the phone down. I'm pretty sure Visa wouldn't call, especially using a recorded message let alone from a mobile phone.
