I presume a banking scam as they say my account has transferred money abroad, no mention of which bank
Recorded message claiming to be from VISA. Neither VISA nor Mastercard have direct contact with cardholders - obvious scam!

This number states they are the international bank

Claims to be HMRC - I think this is a scam.
