Someone alleging to be calling from a "local energy company" - ended his call when I challenged him to clarify why/how he had my TPS protected number

Phone flagged as suggested spam. Multiple calls, no voicemails left. Spam.
Scam call. 2nd one of the day from the same person
Automated scam call claiming from Bank security. Ignore message.
I was phoned from this number. I didn't recognise it or answer it but when I tried to return the call, it continually rang out.
