Robo-caller. I answered - silence for a few seconds - then a message played about an accident that was not my fault - then the call ended
Request to verify payment. Automated call.
This number did a "Shy Dial" on me .... very suspicious
Rang off when answered but call-centre background noise heard. Suspect a scam.
