Nusiance call: 3 times this morning, so far. Reason: Save on energy costs and clear damp caused by old loft insulation. Sounds like a recording with gaps for your answers - Doesn't listen! A woman with a sales pitch about Loft insulation who claims to be an Energy Advisor. I know tele-sales when I hear it as I was one myself a very very long time ago. However polite you are she just continues with her pointless script so I usually hang up in the end. I refuse to discuss anything over the phone these days. There are too many fraudsters out there now.
