Find out who is calling from phone number starting with 0795094

Got a scam call about 2 unexpected charges on my visa/mastercard (£14.99 Amazon Prime and £700 Western Union). Gave me option of talking to an agent. I just ignored and the call auto cutoff. I rang the number back and got a british lady who had no idea what was going on. I didn't realise they can now simulate other peoples phone numbers.
